Welcome to YanMall (the “Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our website, the purchase of our print-on-demand (POD) custom products, and all related services provided through Shopify. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Please read these Terms carefully before completing any purchase.

1. Order & Custom Production Terms

All products sold on our Store are print-on-demand custom products. Each item is uniquely printed and produced only after you place and pay for your order; we do not carry pre-made inventory or stock products for resale.

Order Confirmation: Once you submit your order and complete payment, the order is confirmed and production will begin shortly. You are responsible for verifying all order details, including design, size, color, quantity, and shipping address, before checkout.
Cancellations: We DO NOT accept order cancellations once production has started. Custom products begin production within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, so no changes or cancellations can be made after this window.
Production & Shipping Time: Production time and estimated shipping dates are displayed on each product page and at checkout. These are estimates only, not guaranteed, and may be delayed due to supply issues, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are final once production is completed. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind or personal preference
Ordered incorrect size, color, or design
Dislike the printed design (minor color differences may occur due to screen display and printing process, which are not considered defects)
No longer need the product

Exception for Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a product that is seriously defective, damaged during shipping, misprinted, or the wrong item, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue. We will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund. No claims will be accepted after the 7-day window.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, text, and content displayed on our Store are the intellectual property of YanMall or our licensed partners. You may only use these materials for personal, non-commercial use related to ordering products from our Store.

You represent and warrant that any custom design or content you submit to us for printing (if applicable) is your original work, does not infringe on any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy rights, or other legal rights, and complies with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any legal claims arising from content you provide.

4. Payment & Pricing

Payment: All payments must be made in full at checkout via our secure payment gateways. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other supported payment methods. Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers, and we do not store full payment details on our servers.
Pricing: All product prices are listed in the displayed currency and include applicable costs unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website before or after order confirmation; in such cases, we will notify you and offer a full refund or order adjustment.
Taxes: Applicable sales taxes or duties may be added to your order total based on your shipping location, in accordance with local laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and current shipping and contact information to ensure proper order fulfillment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details (if you create an account) and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree not to use our Store for unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate purposes, including submitting offensive, copyrighted, or illegal content for printing.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Store or products, including lost profits, shipping delays, or minor aesthetic differences in printed products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the total purchase price of the affected product.

Minor color variations between product images on our website and the actual printed product are common due to different screen settings and printing technology, and do not constitute a defect or breach of these Terms.

7. Modifications to Terms & Services

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date, and will apply to all orders placed after the revision date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your shipping jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes related to these Terms or your order shall be resolved through good-faith communication with our customer service team.
